David Vieira-Kurz

  • David Vieira-Kurz has been working in the field of websecurity for more than 7 years now and he is specialised in finding security vulnerabilities in enterprise java environments and frameworks, bypassing web application firewalls and breaking filters of modern web-browsers. In the past he has published security advisories for more than 200 well known applications. Furthermore he has won some "webhacking challenges" and has been credited by major companies like Adobe,Apple,Ebay,Google,Microsoft,Nokia Siemens Networks, RedHat, PayPal and Twitter as part of their bug bounty and security acknowledgements programs. He holds a degree as Computer Specialists for Applications Development.

    He is currently working as Principal IT Security Consultant for german-based company MajorSecurity GmbH.
